Description

The grain bill for Platypus 500 includes locally-malted Joe White Pils and a range of flavoursome malts including victory, honey, dark roasted crystal, plus rolled rye and three gifts of Tassie Ella and Eclipse hops. Complex and quirky, finishing with a chorus of Australian bush. Just like the peculiar brown beast that is its namesake, our 500th brew is an unusual blend of ingredients and influences. Infused with hand-foraged kunzea flowers and Tassie hemp hearts,  6% abv.
