A ground breaking beer for Seven Sheds, Smokin’ Jozef was the first beer we put into cans and the lightest beer we’ve ever produced. At 3.3% abv it’s a session ale for anyone who loves smoked foods – think bacon, brazil nuts, cheese, salmon.

We discovered Grodziskie, a rare, historic beer style during a trip to southern Poland in 2019. Grodziskie has been revived by Browar PINTA, Poland’s pioneering craft brewery. Back in Railton during the COVID-19 lockdowns, Willie decided to give it a go. He spent several days oak-smoking the wheat malt that is the backbone of this refreshing brew. The first batch sold out before we had a chance to add it to our online store and we quickly emptied three kegs through the taps in our cellar door.

We don’t have a canning line so this one was brewed and canned with great care by the team at Morrison Brewery in Launceston.
