At the cellar door we've seen some Tassie-based social groups grazing the Cradle to Coast Tasting Trail and celebrating significant life events; and visitors from Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia joining our brewery tours. We're looking forward to seeing the borders re-opened to our Victorian and New South Wales friends mid-December and expecting a busy summer!

We have the food van operating on weekends with toasties* for casual visitors and an extended menu for pre-booked groups including vegan and GF. *More food options available by prior arrangement.

We've had some long chats about Festive Season trading hours and we'll be doing things a little differently this year with a lot more trading days!

We also have a new beer called Three Black Cats, a nod to the fact that Sooty (who most regular visitors have met) has been sharing her space in recent years with Knoxy (who makes the occasional guest appearance) and Onyx (who is yet to be seen west of the veggie patch during trading hours). They are all black cats and we didn't plan to have any of them in our lives but here they are.

Three Black Cats is a combination of our three black beers - Black Inca, Willie Warmer and Stark Raven were blended and aged for six months in a whisky barrel supplied by Heartwood. This is a truly sumptuous blend that has exceeded our expectations and there are only 207 bottles so we'll be very selective about how we distribute it.
