We've short-changed ourselves on the big bottles so we're releasing the 500ml bottles for a short time! Brewed with Golden Promise barley malt, wheat malt and galaxy hops this is a fab beer to match with fish, chicken, pork and curries as well as a range of veggie dishes.

Festive Season Update

Thanks everyone who came along to enjoy some Festive cheer with the McCormacks on Christmas Eve. We'll be trading from Sunday 27 December through to Thursday 31 December then closed on New Years Day, reopening Saturday 2 December. We'll also be back at Launceston Harvest Market from Saturday 2 December.

School Holiday trading hours

During Tasmania's September/October school holidays we'll be open from 11am to 5pm Wednesday to Sunday. We'd like to see how general traffic is through this period. If sufficient, we'll be extending our trading hours beyond the school holidays to include Wednesday and Thursday. (Our pre-COVID range for this time of the year is normally Wednesday to Sunday 11am to 5pm.)
