Description
A smooth dark ale brewed with carafa chocolate malt, infused with star anise and cassia bark. Willie Warmer was actually the first beer produced in the Seven Sheds brewhouse back in 2008*.
Based on owner Willie’s home brew winter warmer, this beer was an instant hit and gained traction when Gourmet Traveller Wine decided to feature it in the summer edition. It was never meant to be a summer beer but has been selling well all year round ever since.
Enjoy with pork or beef stir-fries, Chinese spices, vanilla and chocolate. 6.3% abv.
*Kentish Ale was our first commercial beer, but we produced it off-site before the brewhouse was complete so that we had beer available for our official opening.
