Description
Black Inca is brewed with Peruvian nacional cacao imported especially for us by Anvers Chocolate Factory. We’ve added quinoa and oatmeal from Kindred Organics to create a unique smooth black ale that’s almost a superfood.
This is a rich and satisfying beer in its own right which can also be enjoyed with venison and beef savouries as well as anything berry, plus chocolate and vanilla.
Anvers uses the same chocolate for their Fortunato #4 dark chocolate which is a great match for this beer.
We’ve also had a bit of fun using this brew in a savoury berry sauce over venison, yum.
