Description
For a limited time during winter we’re offering a mixed carton of Meadow and Elderflower Honey Meads.
Fantastic around the firepit, enjoy with white meats, soft cheeses and dried fruits or try mulled with lemongrass, ginger and star anise.
Our Shed 8 Mead is produced in small batches which are fermented and cleared naturally before bottle aging. The end result is a clear, medium-dry honey wine with strong honey character and gentle fizz.
The Elderflower Mead includes an infusion of elderflowers grown on-site at Seven Sheds and the honey is sourced from apiarists in Exeter, Westbury and Sheffield.
