Description
Seven Sheds launched in autumn 2008 with one craft beer – Kentish Ale. Inspired by English ales but with some new world twists, it remains our biggest seller. Kentish Ale is a malty amber beer brewed with three hop varieties: Golding, Ella and Cascade. Kentish Ale matches well with pork pies, bratwurst and Indian curries.
Also in 2008, Willie Warmer was the second craft beer in the Seven Sheds range. Despite its wintry intentions it’s in high demand throughout the year. Willie Warmer is a dark ale brewed with carafa malt and ella hops, infused with star anise and cassia bark. Food matches include rich winter casseroles, venison and chocolatey desserts.

Rounding up the classics selection, Paradise Pale arrived in 2009 as the perfect complement to a lazy sunny afternoon. Like Willie Warmer, its appeal extended beyond the original seasonality and it’s now available all year round. Paradise Pale is a great match for fish & chips, crisp garden salads and many chicken dishes.
